SHIPPING TIME

All In-stock items are shipped within 1-3 business days and delivered within 7-10 business days from the date of order.

SHIPPING CHARGE

Within INDIA

We offer free shipping on all orders within India. 

For Other Countries

We offer free shipping on all international orders over Rs.25,000 (or Equivalent Currency). A standard shipping charge of Rs.2,000 (or Equivalent Currency) will be charged for all international orders below Rs.25,000

DELIVERY METHOD

To ensure safe and timely delivery, we only use reputed courier services such as DHL, Blue Dart and Fedex. We will email you a tracking number as soon as your items our shipped. Deliveries will only occur between Monday-Friday. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on National Holidays. 

SHIPPING ERRORS

In the unlikely event that we processed your order incorrectly or shipped you a defective item, we will gladly replace the item for you. Please contact us within 48-hours of receiving the items. 

PACKAGING

We individually wrap each item in your order with our signature KATAN WEAVES packaging. 

Please Note:

1. Items may be shipped separately.
2. The customer will be liable to pay all local taxes/duties if any. 
3. We don’t ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
